Correspondence Tracking System as a centralized,
automated repository to collect, track, and warehouse
agency correspondence.
Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA)
Intranet Assessment - Provided
an assessment of intranet and web sites for Public
Affairs and Citizen Corps offices through the collection
and analysis of records generated via email.
Records were subsequently logged into an Access Database,
and document findings and recommendations were
presented. Conducted a needs analysis and
web-based site satisfaction survey, identifying and
determining corrective measures for problems relating
specifically to employee communications.
Records Management -
Performed assessments to improve records management
initiative and provided subject matter expertise on
administration and management of record file plans,
schedules, processes, tracking methodologies, and
associated management tools.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
Administration - Developed and improved processes to manage
information requests and ensure compliance with FOIA
guidelines. Created procedures to manage
document releases, ensure proper agency referrals,
establish and maintain time limit control procedures,

and approval process. Provided detailed editorial reviews

expertise in developing contracts, acquisitions,
purchasing, and procurement management initiatives to
ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
